Cepbul uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ve Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (EULA) kabul etmiş olursunuz: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Bu koşullarla EULA arasında çelişki olması durumunda, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde bu koşullar geçerlidir.

1. Hizmet

Cepbul; fotoğraflarınızı, dosyalarınızı, bağlantılarınızı ve notlarınızı kaydetmenize ve daha sonra yapay zekâ destekli arama ile bulmanıza yardımcı olan kişisel bir uygulamadır. Yapay zekâ sonuçları hatalı veya eksik olabilir; önemli kararlar için doğrulamanız önerilir.

2. Cepbul PRO abonelikleri

• Cepbul PRO otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur: Aylık 99,99 TL ve Yıllık 999,99 TL. Fiyatlar ülkeye göre değişiklik gösterebilir; geçerli fiyat satın alma öncesinde App Store'da gösterilir.
• Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
• Aboneliğinizi satın aldıktan sonra App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler) yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.
• Varsa ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında geçerliliğini yitirir.
• İade talepleri Apple tarafından, Apple'ın politikalarına göre değerlendirilir.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde veya yapay zekâ hizmetini kötüye kullanacak biçimde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Uygulamaya eklediğiniz içeriklerin sorumluluğu size aittir.

4. Gizlilik

Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

5. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Verileriniz cihazınızda saklandığından, cihazın kaybı veya uygulamanın silinmesi verilerin kaybına yol açabilir.

By downloading or using the Cepbul app (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and the EULA conflict, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.

1. The service

Cepbul is a personal app that helps you save your photos, files, links and notes and find them later with AI-assisted search. AI results may be inaccurate or incomplete; please verify them before relying on them for important decisions.

2. Cepbul PRO subscriptions

• Cepbul PRO is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: Monthly 99.99 TL and Yearly 999.99 TL. Prices may vary by country; the applicable price is shown in the App Store before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to abuse the AI service. You are responsible for the content you add to the App.

4. Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the App. Because your data is stored on your device, losing the device or deleting the App may result in loss of that data.
